Labour ComplianceThe Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on July 31, 2026, notified regarding the Three Feracrylum-Based Items from Central Rate Contracts due to Off-Patent Status.

It has deleted three Feracrylum-based products from the approved item list under DG-ESIC Central Rate Contract (CRC) Nos. 158 and 163, with effect from July 26, 2026, due to their off-patent status, in accordance with the terms and conditions of e-Tender Enquiry Nos. 158 and 163. The deleted items include Feracrylum 3% Dressing (Item No. 1787), Feracrylum Gel 1% (Item No. 1440), and Feracrylum with Centbucridine Hydrochloride Gel (Item No. 2103), all supplied by Themis Medicare Limited.

The deletion removes these products from the approved procurement list under the respective Central Rate Contracts, and all concerned authorities have been advised to take necessary action accordingly
